The truth is, in most cases, no amount of stretching and strengthening will get rid of back pain.
The key for long lasting results is realigning the muscles and restoring balance 🫡
This is done by finding out what patterns you do daily which may be causing the imbalance, this could be work related like sitting at a desk or gym related. Once identified it is then a case of releasing the fascia, restoring balance, realigning the muscles and continuing with the rehab work that gets all of the structures moving in the correct way 💪🏽
