Just bring along you old book along to any session where you will get the warmest of welcomes, a booklet to help you focus " This Time " support and understanding of like minded people and a consultant who cares but is as mad as a box of frogs ( or so my members say )

Meet Anisha, who recently achieved her dream target weight. She attends our 9.30am session and is great support to everyone. 🥰

✨ Target Member Spotlight! ✨
After my brother’s wedding in April, I looked at the photos and realised something: I wasn’t happy. My clothes were getting tighter, and I didn’t want to buy the next size up—I wanted to feel good in my own skin again.

I’d done Slimming World before and lost weight, but never quite reached target. This time, everything changed. Meeting Julie B and joining her amazing group gave me the motivation I needed to keep going. Their support, encouragement, and positivity helped me believe in myself—and I didn’t give up.
