Thank you to all the staff and volunteers at St Germain's Community Hub and The Real Junk Food Project Central for a fabulous Christmas lunch yesterday.

It was good to catch up with church and community members, including people who attend my courses. I particularly enjoyed hearing about how Kevin is changing lives in Manchester with skills he learnt whilst attending the Hub.

Over the last four weeks, I've had a great time delivering Cooking for One Can be Fun! at St Germain's Community Hub.

Looking at the feedback Heather gathered today, the group really enjoyed it too.

It's the final Cooking for One Can be Fun! at St Germain's Community Hub tomorrow.

This week, I will be talking about £1 meals and demonstrating how to cook fisherman's macaroni pie. I'll also make a Christmas pudding from scratch, in a mug in the microwave.
