It's legumes week at Plant to Plate with NAF - Northfield Arts Forum.

I'll be making pea shoot salad and looking at the health benefits of legumes at the community garden on Friday morning.

In the afternoon, we're back in the kitchen to learn how to cook pea and pea shoot soup with cheese scones.

It's brassica week at Plant to Plate with NAF - Northfield Arts Forum tomorrow.

In the morning, I will be discussing the health benefits of brassicas and sampling crispy baked kale with the community garden group.

In the afternoon cooking session, we will be making chilli kale fried rice with a giant spring roll.
