Another fun few days completed, now all finished off for 2025!

We’ve had a visit from The Elves at Oldham Theatre Workshop who taught us how to juggle, we’ve done lots of messy play, making sensory play dough and calm down glitter bottles as well as lot’s of good old fashioned party games. We can’t wait for next year 🥳

Another amazing session today at Oldham Library with our guests Arcade Pop Up visiting with Virtual Headsets for the children! We also had the Boxbollen out for the children to try their skills at boxing, along with the fantastic activity tables making slime, decorating biscuits, junk modelling and lots of fun and games! We had a lovely lunch provided by the wonderful Jan at The Wholesome Cafe, Failsworth library! Tomorrow is our final session for this year! There’s still some space available if you would like to book your child onto the sessions. 🥰

Today we had the absolute pleasure of welcoming Chris from Zoolab into our session! The children had the opportunity to get hands on with some amazing creatures! The pictures speak for themselves! The children learnt so much and many were incredibly brave! I am so proud of all of our amazing children and grateful to the team I love Oldham for providing this opportunity for the children to experience! Lots of squeaks and squeels today and that was just the children!

We had the pleasure of Chris from ZooLab with his creepy crawlies, some children were originally calmer than others but some stepped out of their comfort zones to try something new.

Building Resilience for the Future has always been our tag line and our guest today couldn’t have been more appropriate. Arif Mohid from Aim High Tuition came today to speak to the children about how after a 15 year break from karate he went on to win 4 medals for Great Britain in the World Championships this year!

The children loved trying on the medals and visualising great achievements in their futures to come.

We finished the day with junk modelling using recycled materials, Christmas arts and crafts and other games.

Zoolab Animal Mix are bringing some fun, fascinating animal facts alongside up close and hands-on encounters with various animals such as snakes, lizards, a giant African land snail and much more!

Booking is essential, free places for children who are on benefit related free school meals.
