After so many years I still meet people on a weekly basis who donโ€™t have any patience when it comes to injury.

If you are experiencing an injury you should be keen to learn how to manage and effectively rehabilitate it before it becomes a long term issue.

Jurassic Coast 100km โœ…๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ

I have now run 1000km (621.37 miles) since the start of January ๐Ÿคฏ

Just over 2 years ago I ran my first 5km in a long time in just under 29 minutes but cheated, I paused the run and had well over 5 minutes to rest and catch my breath. Yesterday I ran 100km and put myself through some serious physical and mental stress, Iโ€™m baffled at how far you can push your body to do some pretty incredible things with the right mindset.

So proud to have finished in 13:53:16 and finishing 25th overall in my first ever 100km ultra, now just need to wait for my body to start working again ๐Ÿ˜…

Unbelievable run with today up the Lancaster Canal, great for people who like to slide about in mud all day.
