Good morning and Happy Sunday ✨

I hope you’re all enjoying the first day of a fresh new month. February has arrived, bringing Imbolc blessings and the gentle return of the light.

I still have a few spaces available for this evening’s sound bath, 6:30–7:30pm, if you feel the call to reset and realign under the energy of the Leo Full Moon. A new week, a new month, and a full moon can make the energy feel especially potent ✨

Friday 6th February - 14.10pm-14.55pm - Saddlwworth pool & leisure centre- £12.

If you feel you need to relax, rest or release, it is all welcome. Come and relax in stillness and allow the beautiful frequencies from the Crystal Alchemy bowls to surround you and work with your intention.

Benefits of sound are mental focus & clarity, promotes rest and deeper sleep. Great for clearing mental blocks and bringing the body into perfect harmony. Can help with anxiety & depression. Can help with physical pain and encourages rest & digest.

A beautiful evening of celebration. A private 1-1 sound bath for a surprise birthday celebration. After a day at the spa, 6 ladies and a lovely gentleman gathered here in this beautiful space to celebrate.

An evening of pure connection, hot chocolates and chats, they all got into their fluffy socks and snuggled up together. The rest….. no words needed, the feelings, the sensation, the realisations, the presence of past family members, the synchronicity and the pure love that was felt by coming together, listening to inner calm and connecting with themselves and each other was pure magic 🪄

We are so excited to announce a Four-Week Parent & Child Elemental Discovery.

Explore and connect through the elements of wind, earth, fire, and water in a unique four-week session designed for parents and children.

Each gathering is filled with playful connection, rhythm, and sound, culminating in a soothing sound bath at the end.

The sessions are crafted to enhance communication and bonding between parent and child through creative play and shared discovery.

All equipment is provided, along with light refreshments to keep everyone comfortable.

Sessions are limited to just 8 families to ensure a personal experience.

A wonderful collaboration evening yesterday hosting a sound bath with 15 beautiful ladies as part of a Temple Spa team wellbeing event.

Vicky from Temple Spa wanted to treat her team to an evening of togetherness, connection and self-belief. What an amazing manager to understand the importance of her team and to gift them this time together.

The evening started with a powerful NLP power hour session with Loretta Douglas setting an intention, understanding empowerment and some very intense meeting yourself, what your limits are now what choices you are going to make for the future version.

Followed by a beautiful Temple Spa facial with repose, the most Devine smell of lavender which instantly relaxes you, such a lovely night cream, and buy one get one free this month!

To seal in the evening, we held the intention in our hearts and I sent out healing frequencies to each woman for their highest good, removing the energy surrounding self-limiting beliefs and a bringing in new energy of bravery for stepping up, stepping forward for themselves.

It was another beautiful evening and so powerful 💥

GRATEFUL

Yesterday 15 beautiful people attended a relaxing sound bath. I’m grateful that these people gifted themselves an hour to relax, unwind and receive.

I’m grateful that the new people in the room felt curious to reach out and attend something new, some new faces attended from word of mouth, which feels truly special. I’m greatful for the faces I’ve seen on more than one of my sound baths who are feeling the profound energies of sound and returning. I’m greatful that all the souls in the room checked in with their heart and connected to the breath and acknowledged how they were feeling and set an intention for the evening. I’m grateful for the sacred sounds that came through for everyone on the evening and will continue to work with them for the next few days. I’m grateful for the beautiful, safe space that I get to use to hold events.

I am grateful for each of my tools, my beautiful, powerful instruments that allow me to deliver these beautiful evenings.

Yesterday’s Sound Bath was truly beautiful. The feedback I received was incredible, and it was such an honour to witness everyone experience such deep relaxation and connection within themselves. Each time I play my bowls, I fall even more in love, and my passion for sound continues to expand. Thank you for joining me, for allowing the frequencies to touch your soul, and for surrendering with openness to receive.

A birthday treat for the birthday girl. What better way to spend your birthday morning than a relaxing hour to yourself 🫶🏼 Deep relaxation, switching off from being a busy mum, intention setting for the new season, intuitive card pull (which was so aligned 👀) and bringing the body back into perfect harmony.
