We’re still buzzing from the amazing energy at the NEC Birmingham last week at The Occupational Therapy Show.
It was inspiring to meet so many passionate OTs and hear about the real challenges you face every day — from pressure care and positioning to comfort and mobility.

Well done Rhiannon! Our neurodiversity lead has been recognised for her role in educating professionals and families with regards to autism and other neurodiverse conditions. Mike Cowan-Jones has been at the OT Show NEC, Birmingham supporting Laybrook and OT CPD. Have you truly considered if the hospital bed you recommended is really meeting your client’s needs? 50% of delegates did not think so but also felt unable to do anything about challenging the type of bed provided. We can help you advocate for your client’s needs by training you to develop the skills you need.

I am pleased to let you know that Rhiannon Cowan-Jones has been nominated for the Community Inspiration Award at our SEND Awards 2025. We had a large number of nominations and it was a very difficult job selecting the children and young people to be in the finals.

I am delighted to tell you that she has also been selected as a finalist. The final places will be announced on the evening. All children and young people will be celebrated for their remarkable achievements.”

As well as being an important member of ARMS Rehab Limited, Caitlin is in her final year of her law degree, is a lead trainer with her university athletics team AND has emphatically been elected to the post of Athletic Union Part Time Officer.
