A week today are The Empowerment Awards hosted by Talks With M.S. The cat is out of the bag and it’s time to take our hats off to all finalists - including our very own Caitlin, Rhiannon and Jessica. We are looking forward to celebrating with you - whatever the result. Congratulations girls!

A few days ago we said there was exciting news to come…Well, here it is!

Mike Cowan-Jones has already posted about this but we wish to congratulate his daughters on being finalists in their different categories at The Enpowerment Awards hosted by Talks With M.S.

Caitlin is a finalist for the carer of the year award. Jessica and Rhiannon are joint finalists in the invisible disability personality of the year award. Well done to all three of them. We are very proud of you all and love the fact that you are part of the ARMS Rehab Ltd team.

We love getting feedback but there are some things that are beyond our control. As our trainers care, they fail to focus on all the positives and, instead, focus on the negative (as one of our trainers did yesterday). The equipment is pre-determined by the client. The client provided the venue and the equipment. Let’s focus on what we can do and what we do well. Just take a look at those positive comments, my friend!
