PAYMENT
A small deposit of €30 / £30

The remainder of the payment €170 / £140 is in *CASH* on the day when you arrive at the therapy room BEFORE the therapy begins. Unfortunately at the mobile clinics we do not take card or cheque. All clinics are hosted in a PRIVATE conference / meeting room in a local office space or hotel where you are treated on an INDIVIDUAL basis. Terms & Conditions
IMPORTANT: It is YOUR responsibility to take the time to read the terms & conditions fully below BEFORE booking, attending & paying for the therapy. You have been asked to do this in all correspondence!
1. You fully understand & accept that booking, attending & paying for the Hypnotherapy session is a decision that you have made as a consenting adult of your own free will. This is your decision.
2. You fully understand & accept that the clinic operate a strict NO REFUNDS policy & you are in full agreement with this BEFORE booking, attending & paying. In the event of the therapy being unsuccessful we DO NOT REFUND the fee you paid.
3. You fully understand & accept that payment on the day is accepted before the session begins. This payment can be made personally when you first arrive at the therapy room BEFORE the therapy begins. Therapy does not begin until the fee has been paid.
4. You fully understand & accept that although this hypnosis method has a good success rate it is NOT successful for ALL clients.
5. You fully understand & accept that if you arrive late for your appointment you will NOT be treated. The full fee will still be outstanding for the time slot that was held for you & can be payable in person when you arrive at the therapy room. Any further future appointments can then be arranged with payment in advance.
6. You fully understand & accept that any type of verbal or psychical abuse towards the therapist or staff members in person on the day WILL NOT be tolerated & you will be asked to leave the clinic immediately.
7. You fully understand & accept that any online abuse on page will result in you being immediately banned from the page with immediate effect.
8. You fully understand & accept that after the therapy session you will be required to listen once per day for at least 56 days ( 8 weeks ) to a hypnotic MP3. You will also be required to follow some simple steps to help assist the therapy to be successful. This will be your responsibility to execute afterwards.
9. You accept & fully understand that the clinic reserves the right to cancel your appointment at any stage right up until 30 minutes before the arranged time. If the clinic cancels you will be refunded your deposit.
10. You accept & fully understand that you are required to arrive outside the therapy room no less than 15 minutes prior to your arranged appointment time. This is to allow you time to relax, turn all mobile phones off or onto silent etc. It is your responsibility to be on time.
11. You accept & fully understand that you were instructed on the Facebook advert you saw to visit the "ABOUT" sections to read through all these T&C's BEFORE booking & paying the clinic for the therapy.
12. You fully understand that a £30 / €30 deposit per appointment is required & this is nonrefundable if you can not attend for any reason. This refund is also nontransferable to another date or venue. In the event you cannot attend the agreed date & time you will have lost your refund.
