🔥Fire Cupping🔥

Fire Cupping is an ancient method to help release tension and alleviate local congestion and stagnation of blood flow. The cups help to ease pain, decrease swelling, increase range of motion and speed up the process of healing. You will be left with round marks on the back or body. These are not bruises, just stagnant blood that has come to the surface and these will fade over 4 to 7 days. The cups work by adding a flame into the glass cup to remove oxygen, this is then placed on the body. The suction reaches down up to 4 inches into the tissue and muscle, causing tissues to release toxins and activate the lymphatic system. It’s quite normal for the area to be tender after as the cups release tension and can be the equivalent of a deep tissue massage.

On Monday I celebrated my 49th Birthday! 🥳🥂👵

I’ve had the busiest weekend I think I’ve ever had! 😂

Started off with drinks with my girls from work Thursday, Friday we went to Abba Voyage, Saturday celebrated our friends 50th up London and then had a little stay in Whitstable celebrating my daughter’s birthday as well.

Had the best weekend with family and friends. ❤️
