Just home from Week 2 of Roots for Resilience, and my heart is so full! 🌱✨
It is such a lovely group of people. We spent the evening chatting and sharing ideas, stories, and tips—we even treated ourselves to a fabulous yoga demonstration. 🧘♀️
Tonight’s reflection was really powerful. As we talked about what we’d done differently over the last week, a common theme kept popping up: making real time for self-care.
We also:

✨ Finished by revisiting our Mind Gardens. 🌿
