🌟Mental Health Awareness Week🌟

So let’s be honest here, life gets busy and it can sometimes be too easy to overlook how we/ others around us may be feeling. Let’s try and broach those difficult conversations by checking in on those around us ( including OURSELVES) and open up the conversations about how we are really feeling. Perhaps you’re concerned you won’t have the right thing to say? A listening ear can sometimes be just as essential as the talking part.
This weekend let’s make an effort to ‘check in’ … remember to include yourself in this .

Why does loneliness matter? Long-term loneliness can impact our and society as a whole.

It can increase the risk of developing depression and anxiety, puts pressure on public health services, and costs UK employers £2.5 billion every year due to staff turnover, lower and productivity.

That's why this Mental Health Foundation's mission is to let everyone living in loneliness know that their mental health matters.
