Join Bex for a transformative 2.5-hour journey from fire to stillness, starting with an energising Rocket flow before moving into the deep calm of Yin and breathwork.

What to expect:
🔹75 minutes of Rocket – A dynamic practice weaving together Rocket 1 & 2 sequencing with inspiration from Dharma yoga. Expect fluid movement, arm balances, inversions, and heart-opening backbends to build strength and energy.

🔹45 minutes of Yin – A grounding sequence focused on the Autumnal Yin meridians (lungs and large intestine), encouraging release, conservation of energy, and preparation for the quieter winter season.
30 minutes of Pranayama & Relaxation – Close with Kumbhaka (breath retention, also known as “Larry’s breath”) and the soothing sound of the ocean drum, guiding you into a state of deep peace and bliss.

🔹Level: This Level 2 workshop is best suited for practitioners who are already comfortable with Sun Salutations and looking to deepen their practice. Modifications are welcome, but the workshop is not recommended for complete beginners. Ideal participants are those seeking both dynamic movement and deep relaxation within one session.

If you’ve been craving a slower pace, a moment to soften, or simply space to breathe, this workshop is for you.

We’ll gather in the gentle glow of a candlelit studio, herbal tea in hand, to explore the art of rest through restorative yoga and yoga nidra. Supported postures will help the body unwind, while guided meditation invites the mind to settle into deep stillness.

You’ll leave feeling nourished, grounded and deeply restored, with your own eye pillow to take home for continued rest.

Props will be provided (though you’re welcome to bring your own favourite blankets or bolsters too). All levels are welcome.

If you’ve ever wondered how to take your yoga practice deeper, Mysore-style Ashtanga might just be the answer.

🔹This is a drop-in style class 🔹
You can arrive any time until 8am and leave when you’ve finished your practice. There’s no need to stay for the full two hours — get what you want out of it.

Unlike a led class, Mysore gives you space to move at your own pace. You’ll practice a set sequence of postures with personal guidance and hands-on support from the teacher, helping you refine technique, build strength, and develop consistency.

It’s a quiet, meditative way to truly own your practice, cultivating focus, breath, and self-awareness that carries far beyond the mat.

Mysore yoga refers to a traditional self-practice method of Ashtanga yoga, where students practice a specific sequence of postures at their own pace within a group setting. The teacher provides individual guidance and adjustments as needed. This personalized, one-on-one approach within a group environment fosters a deep personal practice and understanding of the Ashtanga system, starting with the foundational Sun Salutations.

Ready to take flight? Jasmine is back with a dynamic 2-hour workshop designed to help you unlock the strength, control, and confidence you need for arm balances.

We’ll dive into the building blocks of poses like Side Crow, One-Legged Crow, Flying Splits—and some fun variations you may not have tried before. Expect drills, progressions, and plenty of laughter as you discover what’s possible when strength meets play.
