🕕 6:00 PM | Reformer Strength & Conditioning (not for beginners) with Lizzie Looking to take your Reformer Pilates to the next level? 💪 This class combines static and dynamic strength training using the reformer and hand weights. It’s designed for those with some experience who are ready to push further, build power, and challenge themselves. Expect 50–55 minutes of serious conditioning — in an intimate setting of just 6 people max.

🕡 6:30 PM | Sculpt & Tone (WARM) with Sasha A fiery blend of yoga, Pilates, and strength training 🔥. This 45-minute session packs a full-body workout into one class, with heat added to raise your heart rate and intensity. Think lunges, squats, planks — and a cardio edge that will leave you feeling stronger, sculpted, and energised. Suitable for all levels.

🕖 7:00 PM | Dynamic Reformers Pilates with Lizzie High intensity. Low impact. Maximum results. ⚡️ This full-body blast uses constant movement and resistance to target endurance, core strength, and muscular stamina. At 55 minutes, it’s designed to burn energy while keeping you smiling through the challenge. Perfect if you’re newer to reformer Pilates but want to feel the burn — we recommend trying a few foundational classes first for confidence.

🕢 7:30 PM | Hot Yoga Flow with Sasha End your Wednesday with flow, heat, and music 🎶. This creative vinyasa sequence is designed to help you sweat, move, and reset — no matter how your day has gone. Expect to leave feeling physically lighter and mentally refreshed. The perfect way to round off your evening, open to all levels.
