🍁AUTUMN FULL MOON WORKSHOP🍁
Join me for an Autumn Full Moon Yoga Class to help consciously honour the shift of seasons and embrace the soft transition into the cooler, cosier months ahead.
During times of transition it is important to recognise that we’ll need to support our bodies differently.
Autumn can be a time to slow down, reflect and nurture ourselves. Just as the trees surrender their leaves, we have an opportunity to shed and let go, making room for something new to take root.
During this fall-focused workshop you will be guided through a 90 minute yoga class to help ground and steady you; we will move through a warm and grounding flow into a soft and deeply restorative practice, designed to lovingly support our immune systems. Think of this practice as a warm, cosy hug. We will then have the opportunity to reflect on the year so far and look to the last few months ahead as we come together in community to share, listen and drink tea. ☕️🍁🍂🧡
