Time to grow up and act like an adult

Improving your health is genuinely the easiest thing in the world, sure it requires a bit of self discipline.....but, we are adults.....right????

We tell our kids
🗣️ Stop watching TV, get outside and run around
🗣️ No you can't eat chocolate all day
🗣️ You need to eat some vegetables please

When they run around they are happy....and guess what....so will you be.

So apply some of these messages to yourself. It's time to be the adult in the room, stop eating crap every day, do some exercise and be a role model to the people who look up to you most.
