Pistachio Matcha Bliss Balls 💚
These no-bake energy balls are bursting with goodness - made with Mind Over Matcha latte powder for calm, focused energy and a gentle boost without the caffeine crash.

They’re rich in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, and thanks to the dates, they’re especially beneficial in late pregnancy, when research suggests dates can:
🌿 Help soften and prepare the cervix for labour
🌿 Reduce the need for medical induction
🌿 Provide slow-release energy for labour and recovery

✨ You’ll need:
½ cup natural pistachios
½ cup sunflower seeds
½ cup shredded coconut
10 fresh dates, pitted
2 tsp HotTea Mama Mind Over Matcha latte powder
2 Tbsp coconut oil (solid state)
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🌀 Method:
Place all ingredients (except diced pistachios) into a food processor and blend well, scraping down the sides as needed.
Roll into balls (~1 Tbsp each).
Coat in diced pistachios, pressing to help them stick.

Store in the fridge for up to 5 days, or freeze for up to a few weeks, perfect for a nourishing snack during pregnancy, postpartum or those busy afternoons.
