We decided to offer another opportunity to immerse yourself into the warm & inviting vibrations of the Gong & Quartz Crystal Bowls. The sound of the Gong creates physically pleasing sound & vibration, releasing us from the torrent of thoughts our mind releases. The Quartz Crystal Bowls are described as Angelic & Ethereal. Taking you into inner depths of serenity & tranquility. Together complementing each other to create a Sensual Sound Spa.

Dwell in the Centre of Your Being - Navigating 2025 Consciously

This workshop is an invitation to discover & explore 2025’s unique energies, through kundalini yogic numerology. Explore numbers 5, 7 & 9, recognise what may propel or block you going forward in 2025.

• You will set clear intentions for 2025 having identified your personal unique number for 2025. With confidence to navigate the year consciously.

• You will practice a Kundalini Yoga set, using breathing techniques, yogic exercises, meditation and chanting, to bring a calming effect to the body, easing tension and promoting balance within the internal systems

• We will round off the day with a soothing Gong bath to let the day fall away, allow subtle energies to percolate into gentle awareness.

• In this workshop we will dive deep.
