A fabulous start to Silent Counselling Level 1 and 2 today.

This round is online, but I’m planning to bring it to Padiham soon as an in person training for those who prefer hands-on learning.

We opened the day with my favourite focus point – manifestation.
Each of the ladies chose a target, used Silent Counselling to clear the blocks that were getting in the way, and then settled into a supportive, energetically charged meditation to bring their goal closer and align with it.

They’re already showing real capability, and you can feel their intentions getting stronger and more reachable with every round.

I’m excited to see where they land by this afternoon.

A thank you from my heart to yours walking this path of abundance with such presence and heart. Every reflection, every small shift in awareness, has changed your frequency more than you realise.

Abundance isn’t always loud. Sometimes it feels like exhale, peace after striving, like trust after effort. That’s my frequency of gratitude.

Ever noticed how some symbols just hum with meaning?
For many, the money frog isn’t superstition, it’s a reminder.

The Chinese money frog sits on a bed of coins, facing inward to welcome prosperity home.
It symbolises flow with direction - wealth that circulates to you because you honour where it goes from you.

That’s what ritual really is, its energy meeting awareness.
When you dust the frog, set it by your front door, or simply pause to notice it, you’re tuning your field to reciprocity, giving and receiving in balance.

You could do the same with a candle, a scent, or a word. The symbol doesn’t hold the magic. Your attention does.

So today, look around: what small ritual could remind you that abundance already has your address?

Day 26 – Pause for Perspective

When we keep moving, thinking, fixing, planning, our upper chakras can start to close their doors a little. The mind becomes full and our wisdom channel gets crowded.

The Third Eye sits between your brows.
It’s not about “seeing visions” so much as seeing clearly.
When this centre is open, you trust your intuition. You notice synchronicities.
When it’s blocked, everything feels foggy, you overthink and second guess yourself.

The Crown rests at the top of your head, your bridge to higher awareness.
It’s the knowing that you are connected, guided, and safe in something larger.
When this one is balanced, peace flows in naturally. When it’s not, you can feel cut off or directionless.

So today’s work is to close your eyes.
Feel the space between your brows soften.
Imagine light pouring gently down from above, just noticing, not pushing.
Let yourself be quiet enough to remember who you are and feel into what you want whilst being grateful for what you already have đź’ś

Day 25 – Energetic Alignment

When your energy feels scattered or life feels “off,” it’s usually not random. It’s your body’s way of saying: something’s out of alignment.

Let’s check in with the five energy centres that ground, fuel, and guide you:

❤️ Root (Base of the spine): Safety, stability, belonging.

If you’ve been overthinking, overspending, or struggling to rest, your root may be calling for calm.
Grounding, routine, or simply feeling your feet on the floor can start to restore it.

🧡 Sacral (Below the navel): Creativity, pleasure, emotional flow.

When it’s out of balance, life feels grey or “flat.”
Movement, music, or any form of honest self-expression brings colour back.

đź’› Solar Plexus (Upper abdomen): Your energy centre, your will, your confidence.

If you’ve been tired for no clear reason, or doubting yourself, it may be time to reclaim this space.
Breathwork and small daily wins build that power back up.

đź’š Heart (Centre of chest): Love, compassion, self-worth.

You can’t receive freely if this one’s blocked.
Forgiveness, gratitude, and genuine self-acceptance soften and expand it.

đź’™ Throat (Base of neck): Truth and alignment.

If you’ve been saying “yes” when you mean “no,” your throat will tighten.
Speaking what’s true for you, kindly but clearly, is one of the fastest ways to restore flow.

When these five work together, your system starts to hum again. Energy rises naturally, creativity returns, and your choices feel clear.

Time to tune in. Your body already knows where the adjustment is needed.

Take a moment to look back at what you wished for at the start of this journey.
Now, look at what you want today.

Chances are, it’s shifted.
You might be allowing yourself to want more.
More ease. More flow. More abundance that actually feels like you.

That’s what happens when self-worth starts to rise, your energetic ceiling lifts.
You stop asking for scraps and start expecting alignment.

When I take people into their Akashic field, this often happens naturally. Old patterns release, and in that clearing, new desires are born because you’re remembering what you’re truly worthy of.

Keep noticing what you’re drawn to now.
It’s a sign you’re expanding, and your soul is finally getting the space it’s been asking for.

Emotion isn’t weakness, it’s movement.
It’s energy asking to go somewhere.

When you let yourself feel, dance, shake, cry, laugh, you’re not losing control; you’re freeing it.
That’s how the body clears what the mind can’t.

So today, give your emotions a way to move:
• Dance until your body feels lighter.
• Go for a walk and breathe out what’s been sitting heavy.
• Sing in the car.
• Laugh. Cry. Stretch.
Whatever gets it moving.

When emotion moves, abundance moves.
Because stagnation is the only real block, and you’re built to flow.

Have you ever wondered what’s beyond the veil?
Whether you could truly see, feel, or sense the guides who walk beside you?
Whether those moments of intuition, light, or connection you’ve felt were real?

Day 22 – Keep the Signal Lit

You’ve already taken that first brave step. The universe noticed.
But when nothing shifts straight away, it’s easy to think, “So why haven’t I got my thing yet?”

Because one spark doesn’t make a fire.
The universe doesn’t test you, it tunes to your consistency.
It moves when your energy stays steady, not just when it flares and fades.

Sometimes we take a step, feel the wobble, and run back to safety.
We post once and ghost.
We say yes and then shrink away.
That’s your nervous system trying to protect you from change.

So here’s your practice today:
🌬 Breathe in through your nose, exhale slowly through your mouth.
🌬 Notice the sensation of fear in your body, and stay with it.
🌬 Let that tiny act of staying become your new signal.

✨ ✨ Day 21 – Honour Your Flow

Today’s challenge is simple, tune in.

No pushing or forcing. No pretending you’re somewhere you’re not.
Just honest awareness of how you actually feel.

If you’re tired, rest.
If your mind is busy and overstimulated, find peace in something steady and repetitive. Fold laundry. Walk in nature. Stir soup. Breathe in rhythm.
If you’re inspired, move with it. Create, write, call, share.
If you’re emotional , feel it, let it move through without naming it “good” or “bad.”

This is what it means to live in flow, to stop overriding your own signals and start trusting your body’s wisdom.

Abundance doesn’t come from constant action.
It comes from alignment.
When you honour your state, you stay open and energy moves freely again.

So today, your task isn’t to do more.
It’s to match your energy with your actions.

✨ Day 20 – The Doorway to More

Take a little time for you today.
Find somewhere quiet where you won’t be disturbed for about fifteen minutes, phone face-down, shoulders soft, breath steady.
Let the noise fade.

Now, in your mind’s eye, imagine yourself standing in front of a golden door.
Behind it is everything you’ve been calling in, the calm, the confidence, the clients, the love, the financial flow.
Everything you’ve been working toward is there, waiting.

Take a slow, full breath in.
As you exhale, notice how your body feels in this moment.
Maybe your mind wants to plan or question.
Maybe your chest feels tight or your throat feels tender.
That’s just energy getting ready to move.

You glance down and realise there’s a key in your pocket.
It’s warm, golden, familiar, and it’s always been there.

Hold it in your hand.
Breathe again.
Notice what happens inside you: a flutter of excitement, maybe a flicker of fear.
That’s your nervous system calibrating to more.

Now picture yourself placing the key into the lock.
Before you turn it, pause for one more deep breath.
Feel your heartbeat steady.
Whisper to yourself:
“I’m safe to receive what’s next.”

And then, when you’re ready, turn the key and open the door.
Notice what it looks like on the other side.
The light. The peace. The knowing that this time, you’re not chasing. You’re allowing.

✨ Day 19 – Loosening the Grip

Control sneaks in quietly.
It dresses up as “being organised,” “staying on top of things,” or “making sure it goes right.”
But underneath? It’s usually fear, the old belief that if you don’t hold everything together, it might fall apart.

The irony is, the tighter you hold, the less space there is for the magic to move.
Abundance needs flow, not fences.

So today’s about loosening the grip.

Notice where you’re trying to force outcomes, manage other people’s reactions, or script how things “should” unfold.
It might be work, family, your business, even your healing.

Then ask:
• What am I afraid will happen if I just let this breathe?
• Where could I trust a little more?
• What would it feel like to release 10% of this tension, just for today?

You don’t have to throw away structure or abandon your plans.
Just open a small doorway for grace to enter.

When you let go of control, you invite collaboration, with time, with energy, with the universe itself.
And that’s when the unexpected gifts arrive.
