What an incredible first year we’ve had on our Bright Futures project 💪

⭐ 300+ Specialist Training Sessions
⭐ 4 Community Days

All of this was made possible thanks to local company sponsorship!

As we go into Year 2 this May, we want to help even more young people become fitter, stronger, and most importantly more independent 💥

Superman Dan 🏆

A huge well done to Dan for coming 2nd in his category at Wodaptive with Joe Murch 💪

However what we saw from Dan on the day at Wodaptive was just the tip of the iceberg …

underpinned by years of daily physio with mum and dad to stay mobile ❤️

Years of coming into the gym every Wednesday night and relentlessly digging in, rain or shine ❤️

Years of travelling to Cornwall for specialist physio ❤️

Years of doing challenges that push him way out of his comfort zone , always giving his absolute all ❤️

Never complaining, always smiling - this didn’t happen by chance … a lot could be learnt from this amazing young man 🫡

Another week of brilliant training from Ross and Jamie - both working on improving their walking 🚶‍♂️ 💥

Walking is vital for independence and the better / more confident we can make the boys with it , the better ❤️

John’s been working incredibly hard with us for the last couple months … we’ve now mastered the ski erg and rower 💥

John is also progressing really well with cable rows as well as beginning to do some sit to stand progression work 💪
