Take a look at Ross and Jamie’s circuit from today !

10 x med ball chest press
20 x DB Russian twist
5 x Sit to stand with balance

X 3 continuous rounds 🔥

This kind of Circuit is a great way of getting some volume in as well as abit of intensity. Putting the sit to stand at the end makes it particularly challenging after 2 difficult movements before hand 💪

We got 9 + the manager, not bad at all 👏

Elliot is a huge fan and season ticket holder at Torquay United, occasionally seeing players in the gym doing their S+C, which he absolutely loves 💛

Help Please 🙏

A Client of ours has recently lost his wife who he was a carer for. He’s really struggling and feels lost. He’s in his 80’s is physically fit and a truly lovely man.

Does anyone know of any local groups that might be able to support him? Anything from coffee mornings through to gardening groups.

Social interaction and maybe abit of moving would be great I think ❤️
