Good evening everyone, my name is Kate Ebdon and I’m The Earwax Lady! I have been helping people to hear again by removing earwax using digital technology with microsuction, for 3 years now. I love my job and enjoy meeting lots of new people everyday. I work across Torbay and surrounding areas treating customers in their own homes and have an ever increasing list of regular customers. 👂🏼❤️👂🏼 Happy Friday! Get in touch today for your ear health check and earwax microsuction appointment in your own home. It is important that your Ear Care Practitioner has relevant experience, training and a clinical background. Do not be shy about asking them if in any doubt.

Good evening! What a beautiful day here in Torbay. ☀️I’ve been very busy since returning from my holidays, lots and lots of ear wax and a hearing aid dome successfully removed last week (clearly visible in the photo). We had a lovely sunny and restful two week break in East Anglia, so I’m back full of beans now and have managed to catch up on all of your emails, texts and voicemail messages. I have some availability left for next week. Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Good evening! UPDATE: I will shortly be taking a couple of weeks off for a holiday for the first 2 weeks of September.
👂🏼FUN FACT!: I was amazed when I checked my data today and found that since starting The Earwax Lady business in 2023 I have looked into/treated over 2600 ears in and around Torbay! I am so grateful to all of my customers, friends, family and local businesses owners for supporting my journey over the past few years.
If you have full or blocked ears, reduced hearing, itchy ears or dizziness or tinnitus you may have earwax. Due to my holidays I have limited upcoming appointments but do have plenty of availability from the middle of September onwards.
Please visit my website or give me a call to arrange a visit or for some useful advice and information regarding ear health.
PLEASE…. for your own safety, always ensure your Ear Care Practitioner has experience and a clinical occupation or background. Earwax removal is not currently regulated and some “practitioners” may commonly have received just one or two days training and have no previous clinical experience.

When you struggle to leave your home for whatever reason it’s always a bit difficult to know where to start when looking for services who will visit you at home, such as hairdressers, opticians, foot care, ear care etc. This is a link to the Home Visiting Services in Torbay leaflet published by Torbay Care Trust and Torbay Council.
