What a start to a Saturday morning! 🌊✨
Usually, you’ll find us walking into the water with plenty of chatting, laughing and—let’s be honest—a fair bit of squealing!
But today was something a bit different and it was just lovely.
A huge thank you to our gym Third Dimension Fitness for making this possible! Because we’re members there, we were able to experience a guided swim with the wonderful Nicole Berry Nicole Berry Counselling & Therapy Services , and it was such a shift for us.
We started with mindful breathwork on the beach as the day slowly woke up, followed by the "Wim Hof Horse Dance" to get our internal heaters fired up.
Safe to say all those gym sessions have paid off, because our legs were definitely ready for the squats! 🍑🔥
It was amazing to approach the cold water in such a quiet, mindful way. We felt invigorated, clear-headed and so calm. Seeing that shift from a busy mind to a steady, quiet breath is just magic.
We are so proud to be part of this community and to have these monthly sessions to look forward to.
It’s all about the whole picture—body, breath and mind—and creating that little bit of space to reset before the weekend madness begins. 💫
