On the 25th of March we are 1 year old and what an amazing journey it has been so far, by helping others advertise their organisations in the outdoor environment with hand painted rocks plus it helps me keep mentally active
We have 485 followers and I know deep down with your help by sharing we can get over the 500 followers hurdle in time for our 1st birthday
Oh and if we ain't been painting we find other ways to help organisations and also the popular Poppy Rocks Project was welcomed on Remembrance Day

The HealthScape CIC Logo Rocks were successfully delivered to Anita this morning
They support mental health awareness through therapy of a cold water sea swim and when you're on dry land absorbing the frozen salty blast in every muscle holding onto a hot brew, they will join you for a friendly chat
Next time you're at the beach, see a rock and their flags pop over for a get to know them and join them on their next dip

We have completed the 10 Healthscape Logo Rocks and will be donating them to the amazing group as a thank you to one of their members who answered our appeal and gave us a large amount of supplies for Noon Cregg. CIC Veterans Retreat.
They will be placed in various locations in the UK where they hold their events

What do I love most about rock painting?
Answer: Everything even prepping all rocks is Therapeutic, before I had mobility issues I was a painter and decorator and I loved prepping, to make a perfect finish the prep work was key and I miss decorating so I was glad Mental Health Rocks became my hobby
And next month is our 1st birthday and what an amazing journey its been and we will be listing all the organisations we have painted a Logo for and I will be including their links in the posts

On Monday we were invited to Hastings by East Sussex Veterans Hub, 99/100 Group were they had a visit from the The Chelsea Pensioners at the Standeasy Coffee Stop Veterans Community Café
They were there to promote their new program Veterans Outreach and Old Comrades to highlight the isolation of the over 65's of our Heroes and for them to communicate with other veterans
If you have a relative or you know of a veteran who may be interested in meeting other Comrades then click on the website I'll post in the comments
