So for Mental Health Awareness Week 11-17 May 2026 I will hand paint Green POCKET HUG ROCKS and l go out and around Torbay stopping any for a free hug if you can't physically do hugs you'll get a pocket hug rock
I will be doing lives on Facebook or Tiktok too if you fancy joining if you're a hugger you are welcome to join

The Updated Logo Rock of Support for TALKWORKS - NHS is finished that will be ready Thursday for its handover
It's totally different from pic 2 from when I started the rock painting journey
It really shows how art is great therapy for mental health

Good Evening Mental Health Rocks lovely supporters and followers
This afternoon I got creative with the next Logo Rock of Support
After hearing Nation Radio Devon Breakfast Show with Matt and Saffy on Friday, listening to Matt Rogan voice as he told how 4 years ago that Devon Air Ambulance flew his son from Torbay Hospital to Great Ormond Street Hospital where he stayed for a few months, I felt Matt's emotion on Friday
Devon Air Ambulance will forever be close to Matt and Kerry's hearts because their Dinosaur Mad 4 year old son is healthy and full of beans like every other 4 year old boy is
So Mental Health Rocks award Devon Air Ambulance their own Rock of Support

Today I took a little trip to Bickington to see Michael Hext of Grannypats tiny farm shop and nursery and surprise him with a little donation of Poppy Rocks to display when he sells Poppies for the Royal British Legion in time for the Poppy Appeal
If we happen to pass again before Remembrance Day we will donate more 😁

What a difference a year makes Photo 2 is the original TALKWORKS - NHS Rock of Support I painted and I was chuffed to bits then because I achieved something from my struggle and today I started the upgrade version and I'm impressed of how I've progressed after my struggle
