One child, one pandemic, two county moves, one house purchase, one house sale, one wedding and over 2 years later… It’s safe to say that I’m finally ready to get my flow back 🙌🏻 I’ve had the best day connecting with my fellow yogis at and I’m looking to teaching my first ‘welcome back’ class next week on the beach in Essex 🤍
