Marketing isn’t just about the sale.💡

Internal marketing starts long before you ask someone to book. It’s about capturing attention, building trust, and creating value through genuine conversation. Focus on giving your patients useful insights, tips, and connection, the conversion comes naturally after.

If you want a step-by-step framework to bring this approach into your practice, the Blueprint Course shows you how to create your own personalised systems that actually work.

Chiropractors, a quick reality check on “free.” ✋

If you’re giving away consultations, spine checks, or X-rays at no cost, you’re not doing your practice (or the profession) any favours. Free doesn’t build value. It doesn’t build commitment. And it absolutely doesn’t reflect the level of expertise you deliver every single day.

Raising the bar even slightly immediately elevates how patients see your care and how they show up for it. You deserve that. Your profession deserves that.

Chiropractors, a quick reminder about your most powerful asset: your own creativity. 🧠

AI can support you, streamline you, even organise the chaos of your day… but it should never replace the creative thinking that makes your practice yours.

Your ideas, your language, your philosophy, that’s what resonates with your community. That’s what builds trust. And that’s why your content, your website, and your messaging should come from you, not a machine.

Use AI as a tool, not a crutch. Protect the creative muscles you rely on every single day.

Chiropractors, stay focused on what truly matters this season.

Festivities are great. Conversations are natural. But when a patient is on your table, they’re not there for holiday chat, they’re there for certainty, service and your full attention.

🎁 Your adjustment is the gift.
📈 Your presence is the standard.
💡 Your focus is the leadership your community relies on.

As we begin December, anchor yourself to why you’re really here: to serve with clarity, consistency and care.

Your first few visits set the tone for everything!

Drop-off happens, that’s normal. But the biggest losses often happen right after the consultation or report of findings. 💡

Track it. Understand it. Focus on those early touchpoints. The more patients you retain in those first few visits, the stronger, more sustainable your practice becomes.

Stop blaming the month, the economy, or “circumstances beyond your control.”

Performance starts with mindset. As a chiropractor and leader in your practice, the only person who truly drives results is… you. 💡

Own your numbers, stay certain in your approach, and show up for your patients, even when everything around you feels uncertain. That consistency is what builds sustainable growth and real impact.

Not everything your team does can be measured on a spreadsheet!

When performance isn’t easily tracked, the warmth, excellence, efficiency framework gives you a simple, fair way to understand how someone is truly showing up in your practice💡

Use it in your one-to-ones or reviews to see where they’re strong, where they need support, and how you can help them grow, without guesswork or awkwardness.

As a follow-on from my last video, I want to share the measure that gives a much clearer picture of practice health!

Instead of relying on ratios, look at this: How many different patients you're seeing each month!

When that number gently rises, it shows your care is connecting, people are returning, and new patients are settling into your community. And if it dips, it’s simply a helpful sign to review what’s going on, not a judgment, just guidance.

A calmer, clearer way to understand growth and sustainability in your practice 💡

Not every metric deserves space in your head!

The “new patient to existing patient ratio” looks important… but it rarely tells you anything useful about the real health of your practice. It swings with ads, busy months, quiet months, and creates stress instead of clarity.

Let it go. Focus on the measures that genuinely guide growth, I’ll share those in the next video. 💡

We obsess over busy days… but that’s not where the truth is!

Most chiropractors measure their performance by the “big days” or “big weeks, and it’s the fastest way to feel brilliant one moment and defeated the next.

The real clarity comes when you zoom out.
📈 Month by month.
📈 Quarter by quarter.
📈 Year on year.

When you see your practice as a business and track it like one you take ego out of the equation and focus on sustainable, steady growth instead of chasing a number that fluctuates daily.

A small shift, but a powerful one for your confidence and your clarity.

It’s easy to feel pressured to make a hire “work out.”

But sometimes, even the best start can lose its shine a few weeks in.

Tip #3: Always have a probationary period.
It gives both you and your new hire the space to grow, learn, and see if it’s truly the right fit.

If it works out, fantastic. If it doesn’t, that’s okay too. What’s not okay is keeping someone who drains energy from your team, patients, or practice.

Set clear expectations early, and protect your culture. 🤝

Interviews can be deceiving, especially when you want someone to be the right fit. But if those alarm bells ring, don’t ignore them ⚠️

Tip #2: Hire for personality, not perfection.
Skills can be taught. Warmth, authenticity, and genuine connection can’t.

Listen to your gut, it’s often more discerning than you realise. 💡

Stay tuned for tip #3.
