Inspired by what we saw on a trip to Helsinki, we set out to make authentic sauna and cold plunge more accessible — building on the growing UK scene.
We bought a horsebox, had it professionally converted with the highest quality materials and craftsmanship, and now take our mobile wood-fired sauna to gyms, holiday rentals, and private estates.
Our mission? Bringing the multitude of sauna benefits mainstream — connecting people with the heat, with each other, and with nature.

Hot hot 🔥 this morning for some road testing with some favourite ladies!

Sauna, plunge, brunch and the chance for a proper chat without chasing around after kids. Bliss!

And plenty of good ideas for where we could look into for sauna locations once we’re up and running properly!

Any good ideas for around east / mid Lothian then don’t be shy 🙈

Washing the stones last week before loading them into the stove.

To remove impurities…

But judging by the smell when we put them in and fired it up, there may have been a bit of “nature” that made its way in during the process.

Much learning!

But have had 5 excellent sauna sessions since and excited to have some friends round to test on Sunday.

I’m heeeeeeerrrrrreeeee!

Just completed by our wonderful and oh so talented carpenter friend (who has just about stayed our friend - I hope! - through the process of inevitable set backs and complications).

Back home for some extensive family & friends testing and feedback and awaiting our summer intern to work out how to bring it to YOU in Midlothian / wherever we can travel slowly and carefully!
