I am situated in Peacehaven on the South Coast ..... as a qualified NLP Practitioner and Hypnotherapist , I have helped clients to make positive changes in their lives, enabling them to cope with stress more effectively, gain confidence and to be more motivated. You may have a fear of flying or worry that you will fail your driving test. It’s common to be faced with stressful situations at work, negatively affecting a personal life. Or maybe you just feel like you have lost your way a bit and need a little help with getting back on track. Sessions using NLP and Hypnotherapy will enable you to handle these problems calmly, leaving you relaxed, more focused and in control. So we are nearly half way through the year already, how do you feel about that? Are things going the way you want them to?

Would a ‘life check’ be in order now ? Are there questions that need to be addressed? Where am I going? What do I want? Is what I want on the path I am taking now? If it isn’t, what steps can I take to achieve it?

One negative emotion, based on a real event can cripple your ability to move forward with your life, it can destroy your confidence and leave you feeling unhappy. Once You let go of that negative emotion you can move forwards.

The issue could be your unconscious mind is not willing to let go of the emotion until it felt safe that you have a strategy to deal with it. That learning might be specific things like a strategy for minimising the impact of other people, it might be a more general learning, perhaps about knowing you always have the skills to deal with the challenges in life. Or maybe a mixture of both.

Once your unconscious mind has the knowledge, information, strategy or whatever learning you need, there is no longer a purpose to the negative emotion and you can let it go.

Whether it is a positive or a negative thought it has some impact on your performance and happiness, but those thoughts are only real in your head. So if you had a mechanism to reframe those thoughts to a positive advantage…how much more could you achieve? How much happier could you feel?
