I’m really looking forward to being part of this Public Speaking Intensive in June! 🌿

I will be leading the Performance Mindset & Relaxation session, helping participants explore practical tools to stay calm, focused and confident when speaking under pressure.

Whether it is on stage, in a meeting, in sport or simply in everyday life, the ability to regulate your nerves, settle your mind and stay present can make a huge difference.

This looks set to be a really valuable and supportive day, and I’m excited to contribute to it.

These 6 week programmes are a chance to slow down, build energy, and reconnect through gentle movement, breathwork and calm focus.

Stress does not always announce itself loudly on the course.
Sometimes it shows up as tension in the body, rushed decisions, frustration after a poor shot or a mind that cannot settle before the next one.

This is where hypnotherapy can be such a valuable tool.
It helps regulate the stress response, calm the nervous system and create more space between pressure and reaction.

After a busy weekend, a full house, travel, social plans or a disrupted routine, it is completely normal to feel a little off centre on Easter Monday.

The nervous system often needs time to catch up.
A quiet walk, a few slow breaths, a gentle Qigong practice or even ten minutes of stillness can help bring you back to yourself 🌿

You do not need to do anything dramatic.
Sometimes the reset begins with simply giving your body permission to slow down again.

Your swing might be excellent, your mechanics dialled in, your practice hours consistent, yet performance can still slip when the mind and energy are not in the right place.

Nervous tension, overthinking, emotional build up and fatigue all affect how you show up on the course.

This is the space where I work, helping golfers bring mindset, emotion and energy into alignment so that the physical skills you already have can actually come through when it matters.

When technique and inner state work together, the game feels very different.

Each workshop is linked to one of the elements and the energy of that time of year

🔥 Fire Element Qigong Summer Workshop in May
grounded in joy, warmth and heart centred energy

🌱 Earth Element Qigong Workshop in August
supporting stability, nourishment and feeling rooted

🍂 Metal Element Qigong Autumn Workshop in September
focusing on clarity, release and letting go of what no longer serves

💧 Water Element Qigong Winter Workshop in December
nurturing stillness, deep calm and inner resilience

All workshops run from 10am to 1pm and are £50 per session.

Looking ahead, my focus is simple, to continue deepening the work I do with professional golfers and other athletes, and to keep refining how mind and energy come together in performance.

Helping players feel mentally clearer, emotionally steadier and more connected to their game is something I am very committed to.
The same applies to the everyday clients I see in clinic, people who want to feel more balanced, less stressed and more themselves again.

At the heart of it all is one intention, to help people play, live and perform more proficiently and more peacefully.

Before the season starts, most golfers check their equipment.
Far fewer check their mindset...

Pre season is the time to ask yourself:

• How do I respond after a poor shot
• Do I carry frustration into the next hole
• Does pressure tighten my body or sharpen my focus
• Is my pre shot routine automatic or inconsistent
• Am I playing to avoid mistakes or to play freely

Your swing matters.
Your emotional control, nervous system regulation and internal dialogue matter just as much.

The season is not built on the first competition round.
It is built now, in the quieter preparation, when you choose how you want to meet the year ahead.

If your mindset feels more reactive than steady, this is a good moment to reset it.

This is the work I do with players, helping them find a calmer mind, clearer intention and more consistent performance.
