I’m really looking forward to being part of this Public Speaking Intensive in June! 🌿
I will be leading the Performance Mindset & Relaxation session, helping participants explore practical tools to stay calm, focused and confident when speaking under pressure.
Whether it is on stage, in a meeting, in sport or simply in everyday life, the ability to regulate your nerves, settle your mind and stay present can make a huge difference.
This looks set to be a really valuable and supportive day, and I’m excited to contribute to it.
