First snow of the year today! But I'm looking ahead to new beginnings and possibilities ... To start with, I'm expanding my days in Peebles so I'll be available on Thursdays and Fridays from January. For all those people who have enquired but can't book a space, hopefully this will help. Spotted this tenacious dandelion growing out of the Tweed Bridge wall. Give a plant sunlight, soil and water and it'll thrive. Humans need a little bit more than that but good food, lots of rest, something to keep us engaged, and some acupuncture to keep body and mind healthy is a good place to start!

Look as fresh as a flower!
Facial acupuncture is relaxing and very effective for diminishing fine lines and toning muscles. Often you can see the difference after one treatment but it take 3-5 sessions before more lasting effects kick in.
