elasticity in our skin reduces causing dehydration.

When most people dry their feet
after a shower or hopping in the pool, they probably don't take the time to dry between their toes! But this mistake could result in the
development of fungal infections and bacterial infections such as warts and athlete's foot

Always take the extra time to completely dry your toes, including in between your toes, to prevent these sorts of issues.

During lockdown I think we all found new hobbies.....

Mine is hiking, and I can’t explain the feeling I get when I’m outdoors!

Studies show that every 10 min walk boosts the chemistry in the brain to increase happiness. I couldn’t agree more 👍🏽
