Join Beth Stretch with Beth and Sam for the sound meditation event of the autumn at the serene and sacred setting of St Mary's Church in Chepstow.

Take a pause from the rush of life and step into an evening of deep rest, healing, and connection by candlelight.
Surrounded by the calming ambiance of the historic church, this immersive experience combines meditation, mindful breathwork, and the powerful vibrations of sound healing instruments to help ease stress, clear mental fog, and soothe the nervous system.

Together, Beth and Sam will guide you through a peaceful journey using a variety of sacred sounds including tingsha bells, chimes, gong, Tibetan and crystal singing bowls - each carefully chosen to harmonise the body, calm the mind, and awaken inner stillness.

This is a full sensory ritual, grounded in the elements of heat, sound, and intention.

The soothing heat of the sauna enhances the effects of the sound, supporting detoxification, circulation, and deeper relaxation.
