The Superhero triathlon celebrates its 10th birthday this August and you are invited to the party. Once again Team SIA will be out in force with superheroes and their sidekicks taking on the triathlon challenge.

This event is for everyone! It's fully accessible and inclusive with three distances to choose from, you can fly solo or team up with sidekicks, and use any equipment you may need to support you to reach the finish line.

"Since I had a stroke in September 21 one of the most sensible things I have done was to purchase (with fabulous hire purchase terms) the Loop machine. Not only does it give a great workout to the major muscle groups helping to strengthen arms and legs, it also gives me a great daily aerobic work out at the same time. This is a machine that even before my stroke with the all around work out it gives I would have been delighted to use. I can’t recommend it highly enough for people who like myself are working towards regaining mobility and strength.
