The last 7 days up until 28th 🖌️ finishing my wall hanging. It’s now in my bathroom waiting for some more wall art to join it. Another plant hanger for our garden doors. I watercolored a card for my friend. I have also started a cross stitch pattern on plants 😂 very varied week of crafts!

Day 19-21 🖌️ my lovely friend has taught me the basics of macrame so that I could make myself a plant hanger 🌱 I love it! I want a few round the house so I’m definitely going to order some supplies and get her round for more crafting, chatting and vino-img sessions 😂

April challenge day 1 and day 2 ✌🏻 I’m aiming to some sort of art/craft everyday in April to get back in the groove before my summer adventures. So far I’ve done a watercolour and pen piece for my friend (she loves all things cowgirl) and just playing with watercolours and papers today :) I particularly enjoyed playing with colour and blending paints. Let’s see what tomorrow brings!

Experimenting 📷 Lewis has inherited a couple of his Grandads old cameras with various lenses and filters to play with. Yesterday I took out his old digital Olympus camera. It took a bit of trial and error to get used to the old manual functions. Turning on the view finder, using a cog to go in and out of focus etc. I enjoyed it though. Here’s a few photos I took on a walk from Low Force to High Force in Middleton-in-Teesdale. My favourites are the ones with the dramatic shadows and sun shining through the trees 🌲
