💙 Wellbeing and Loss – Free Three Week Course 💙

Loss is something we all experience in life, whether it’s through bereavement, relationships, health, or other changes. Coping with the emotions that come with loss can be challenging – but you don’t have to face it alone.

Join us at Penrith Hospital for a supportive, three-week course where we’ll explore:
✨ Understanding the impact of loss
✨ Tools and strategies for coping
✨ Support for your health and wellbeing

📅 Dates: 25th Sept | 2nd Oct | 9th Oct 2025
🕙 Time: 10am – 12pm
📍 Venue: Penrith Hospital

This course is free and open to anyone registered with a GP practice in Keswick and Solway or in Eden. Sessions last around 2 hours and will be facilitated by our Wellbeing Service team.
