I PASSED 🎉

Today I passed my practical assessment with for my Level 3 in Mat Pilates. I am absolutely OVER THE MOON to have passed but absolutely couldn’t have done it without the amazing ladies on my course 🤍

I am collecting new and pre-loved gym/sportswear for those who need it. If you or anyone you know want to get involved or donate, I’d be very grateful.

I am a strong believer in removing barriers to exercise. Unfortunately, a lack of appropriate gym wear and the cost of new pieces are two of the reasons many people do not commit to their own wellbeing.

Donations could include but are not limited to;
•Leggings
•Shorts
•Tops/t-shirts
•Jackets
•Trainers
•Swimwear (new only)
•Socks (new only)

Firstly, I want to thank you all for all of the support you’ve shown me over the last year - you’re truly helping me achieve my dreams and I am so grateful. Your kind words, comments & likes do not go unnoticed!

I forgot to post this last night! Tuesdays are one of my busiest days so a Tuesday workout is usually an at home Pilates or a good stretch. Thanks .healthclub.uk for keeping me motivated 🫶🏼

I did NOT want to get up and go to the gym this morning. After celebrating my birthday on Friday night and then the on Saturday night, I was not feeling it 😅 I honestly do feel 10x better for going though.

Promise I did do more than one squat per set, timelapse really doing me dirty lol
