When we are eating whole natural foods, apart from it being great news for our gut health, we don’t need to carefully regulate portions. Eat as much as you care for until you are full 🤩

Our bodies are self regulating when we eat natural foods! We have both volume and nutrient receptors which turn off appetite 🍉🥦🥕

Bypassing these receptors by removing the fibre, adding salt, adding oil, adding condiments (the standard American diet) and suddenly you have a recipe for dysbiosis, IBD flare ups, weight gain and chronic disease ❌
