Know your own heart.
Learn your own edges.
Because the more you truly know yourself, the less you take on, what others project.

There was a time when I didn’t know myself in that way.

My younger self lacked worth, moved through life in self-doubt, and questioned her own voice. I allowed the opinions, judgments, and assumptions of others to shape who I thought I was. I let their projections speak louder than my own truth, because I hadn’t yet learned to hear myself.

But when I began to know myself on a deeper level, when I learned my spirit, my values, my softness, and my strength, everything changed. I grew in ways that no one could touch. My sense of self became rooted. Unshakable.

Now, no matter what someone believes about me or tries to project onto me…
I no longer take it as truth.

Because I know who I am.
And when you know yourself at a core level, no one can ever sell you a false version of you.

This is resilience.
This is self-worth.
This is freedom.

The energy around you today carries messages of wisdom and deeper understanding. Situations unfolding in your life are not random, they are mirrors reflecting the lessons, growth, and insight you’ve already gained. Each challenge or emotion that arises serves to remind you of the strength and awareness you’ve cultivated along your path.

Your dreams may also be delivering powerful spiritual guidance at this time. When you enter the dream state, you step into a realm where your higher self, spirit guides, and the universe can communicate with you more clearly. Often, this guidance arrives as sealed instructions, intuitive messages hidden within symbols, emotions, and stories that play out while you sleep.

Be still and listen. Pay attention to the recurring themes, feelings, or symbols in your dreams, for they hold the keys to understanding your next steps. What appears subtle now may reveal great clarity later.

"Choose Your Battles — Protect Your Peace"

Life will always bring problems, challenges, and conflicts, but not every battle is meant for you. Some situations truly need your energy and attention, while others simply don’t.

It’s easy to get caught up in noise, especially from the world around us. Take the news, for instance. Much of what we see or read isn’t always grounded in truth, but designed to trigger emotion, anger, fear, sadness, to capture attention.

Before you absorb that energy, pause and ask yourself:

✨ Does this truly affect me?
✨ Does it hold any truth for me?
✨ Is it worth my peace?

It’s the same with people and situations. Sometimes we get caught up in problems that aren’t truly ours to carry. They may belong to someone else to resolve or may not even directly impact us. Yet we pour our energy into them, draining our own peace in the process.

Protecting your energy means setting boundaries, learning to separate what’s yours to hold from what isn’t. When we stop absorbing unnecessary stress, we make space for clarity, calm, and well-being to grow.

So next time you face a situation, an issue, or hear about a problem that begins to stir emotion within you, pause and reflect:

🌸 Is this something I truly need to be involved in?

🌸 Is this a battle I need to take on?

🌸 Is this worth disturbing my peace, my time, and my energy?

The more you bring this awareness into your daily life, the more it becomes a habit, one that helps you release unnecessary stressors and stay grounded in your peace.
