After 10 wonderful years of being a Reflexologist and 8 as a Hypnotherapist I made the decision to retire at the end of January this year. It’s true what they say, if you enjoy what you do you’ll never work a day. It’s not been easy, especially the training, but I’ve met some wonderful people. I want to thank all my clients, it’s been an honour to work with everyone who have put their trust in me. Though I leave with some sadness, It’s now time to move onto the next chapter of my life.

Men’s Health - it’s so much more than you might imagine. It’s good to think about your body; if something has changed, if you have intrusive thoughts, maybe you’re just not feeling right.
