Need a moment of calm? Come sit with me and breathe. This is pure neurodivergent regulation, the repetitive, visual focus of sorting beads combined with gentle ASMR sounds is my favorite way to quiet the racing thoughts.
I included some short affirmations throughout, like "I am valid, regardless of my capacity today," to help ground your mind. Use this as your mindful moment to recharge your energy for the rest of the week!
