Through Door 23 of our Soulsa & Rockbox with Serena advent calendar 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Our last day of classes - from Soulsa to Rockbox, from Ellon to Peterhead, from morning to night - as you can see FUN WAS HAD! 🤩

Amazingly grateful for every single pair of trainers and set of wheels! on every single class floor throughout 2025!

What a year it’s been, this time last year, I had no idea I’d have continued to create these amazing pockets of communities - Ellon wasn’t even on the cards, then a serendipitous run of events and here we are! 💫

Also grateful for all those who support in other ways, online etc, hall keepers, tidier-uppers, setter-uppers, ask-questioners, mention-in-the-passingers - my love always! 🫶

Big thanks to my videographers not just for yesterday, but throughout the year. My girl Tilly and the awesome Tracey! 🫶

Just listened to a piece on the radio about women using rage rooms to expel some built up life/daily frustrations - welcome to ROCKBOX! It does just that without the mess or expense! 😂

On my holiday watch list is BBCs Riot Women - which I believe has a similar message!

RockBox is a HIIT workout for all fitness levels, which uses ace rock/indie playlists to mix boxing cardio tracks and toning drumstick tracks, finishing with an optional ab track - a full body/mind workout, which leaves you feeling strong, empowered, connected - ready to face your day/week with a new vigour💪🖤💥
