Student Osteopath and Soft Tissue Manipulation therapist at The White Practice Nailsworth I teach Pilates locally and aim to bring affordable, experienced and quality teaching to a variety of venues and people of all ages and abilities. My classes range from beginners to advanced and I run specialist sports performance sessions. All of my classes are kept small and run in 5-7 week courses to allow for individual attention and progression, which I believe is fundamental to the Pilates method. I trained with Michael King at the Pilates Institute London in 2004 and am a fully insured Pilates Instructor with a level 3 Diploma in Pilates Mat work and Pre and Post-Natal Exercise Programming.

My favourite venue has to be here. The beautiful valley views from the tall Cotswold stone chapel windows are superb and perfect for an hour of calm to practise Pilates. These two lovely participants stood out this week so I grabbed them for a photo shoot after the class. I could have chosen many more though 💚☺️
