💙 Movember is here — let’s change the face of men’s health 💙

Too many men are dying before their time. Growing a moustache this month isn’t just about style — it’s a powerful conversation starter that can save lives.

⚠️ Trigger warning: mental health and su***de
In the UK, three out of four su***des are by men. This has to change. Movember is about raising awareness, encouraging prevention, and promoting open conversations around men’s mental and physical health.

If you’ve noticed a friend who seems withdrawn, quiet, or just not themselves, reach out. A small check-in could make a big difference.

💜 November is Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month 💜

Pancreatic cancer often causes no symptoms in the early stages and, when they do appear, they can be vague or come and go — meaning it’s sometimes missed.
Knowing what to look out for can help with early diagnosis and better outcomes.

⚠️ Symptoms to look out for:
• Unexplained upper abdominal pain
• Sudden weight loss or loss of appetite
• Indigestion, bloating or early fullness after small meals
• Nausea or vomiting (especially after fatty foods)
• Fatigue or general weakness

If you’re concerned, please make an appointment via our online request form or calling us.
