I am a physiotherapist and massage therapist with 5+ years experience in sports and healthcare and graduated from the University of Hertfordshire. I have worked in the NHS since 2016 and have worked with various patients with a wide array of needs. My experience includes treating people with neurological, surgical, respiratory and musculoskeletal issues; both acute and chronic in nature. I have also been involved with local sports clubs providing pre and post match care. Assessments, management and exercise programmes can be formulated all from the comfort of your own home.
