✨New Year, New You - The Ultimate Glow Up Giveaway✨

To celebrate the start of 2026 I wan to give one person an ultimate glow up to start the year off.

The prize includes:-

To be entered in to this competition you just need to have a booked appointment worth over £50 in January.

1 entry per appointment. 4 separate PAID appointments (not including consultations, reviews or free top ups - if you don’t pay at the end it isn’t included) = 4 entries.

This must all be used on the same appointment and by one person. If you don’t want certain elements of the prize you cannot gift to someone else and they cannot be substituted for something else. You can however gift the entire prize to someone else.

This prize will be drawn on the 1st February and treatment appointment must be taken between 9th February to 30th April 2026. This will not be extended.

2025, what a year ✨

As this year comes to an end, I’m feeling incredibly grateful. Welcoming so many new clients, while seeing old clients remain loyal and become part of the Pheonix family, never gets taken for granted.

This year brought multiple awards for both the clinic and the training academy – and personally, moments I’ll always be proud of. But more than titles, it’s the people that matter most. Clients who quickly became friends (often quicker than friends became clients 😅), students who trusted me with their learning, and colleagues I’ve been able to support and teach along the way.

Full payment is required on booking. This is non refundable under ANY circumstances. If you cancel more than 48 hours before the appointment this can be moved to a new appointment (you would have to pay the difference in price if booking in to a normal appointment with me as I may not have more model slots) and if cancelled with less than 48 hours notice you will lose this fee as I will have purchased your products for the training and may not be able to fill the space.

Due to a lot of interest in models spaces I cannot hold a space. If you cannot pay when contacting me then I cannot book you in.

Please note: you cannot bring anyone to the appointment, this is a training environment and therefore it is not suitable and can cause added stress to students.

Students will be directly observed at all times by myself.
