We have recently sent out a text to patients asking you to complete a survey about โ€˜lonelinessโ€™.
The information gained is going to help shape services in the future and to help determine the areas of most need.
The survey takes a few minutes to complete and is anonymous. There is the option to take part in an interview and if you wish to do that you would be asked for contact details for that.
Thanks in anticipation for your help.
