Christmas can be a difficult time for people - and that’s OK.
For some people, this time of year can bring pressure, loneliness, grief, money worries, or reminders of things that feel hard. You don’t have to force yourself to feel festive if that’s not where you’re at.
A few gentle reminders this Christmas:
