Come and meet M.A.N. Culture! 🌀

We’re excited to be hosting a FREE event on Wednesday 11 March, 7–9pm. This is a great opportunity to learn more about our work and why it matters.

Attendees will also have the chance to take part in one of our interactive workshops on the night.

We’ll be hosting at the Green Taverners, Plymouth Argyle Football Club, and everyone is welcome. We’d love to share more about what we do and how, together, we can all play our part in ending violence against women and girls🖤

I will be at The Great Escape this Thursday, with information on all the support available for men in Plymouth and speaking to everyone about what they would like to see in the community.

The Great Escape runs every Tuesday and Thursday 10am to 1pm at St Budeaux and Barne Barton wellbeing hub. This men's mental health and wellbeing gardening group provides a supportive and understanding space to be a man. Building self esteem & confidence, sharing skills, improving wellbeing, creating a sense of belonging, getting dirty and having a good belly laugh! Have you heard of the Men's Group in Honicknowle? We have joined up with Community Builder - Men Martin to bring a men's group to the area, a space where welcoming place to connect with other guys who get it. It’s a space where you can relax, be yourself, and talk about life without pressure or judgment. You’ll find support, shared stories, and maybe even a few laughs—along with the sense of community that comes from knowing you’re not navigating everything on your own. It’s a friendly, encouraging environment where real conversations and real friendships can grow.
