Working with Mel has been amazing!

In the last 6 weeks I have become a new person.

I have lost loads of weight without feeling like I was even dieting and the tailored workout plan has really pushed me.

It’s been so enjoyable and I have learnt more and made more progress in the last 6 weeks then I have in years.
