🌿 Core Beliefs — The Stories We Tell Ourselves 🦋
Sometimes the loudest voice in our life isn’t the world around us… it’s the one inside our mind.
Core beliefs are the deep messages we hold about ourselves — usually formed a long time ago, often without us even realising.
They can sound like:
❌ “I’m not good enough.”
❌ “I ruin things.”
❌ “I don’t deserve love.”
❌ “People always leave.”
When life becomes heavy, it’s usually not because of who we are… but because of what we’ve been taught to believe about who we are.
Here’s the truth you may have forgotten:
✨ You are allowed to grow beyond the beliefs that once protected you.
✨ You are allowed to challenge the thoughts that keep you small.
✨ You are allowed to rewrite the story.
