The “jelly roll tox” treatment targets the soft bulge that appears just beneath the lower lash line when you smile.

This area is caused by the orbicularis oculi muscle contracting — and for some people, it creates a prominent “roll” or bunching under the eyes that can make the under-eye area look heavier or more tired.

For many people, the issue isn’t volume loss but skin quality — thin, crepey or dull skin that makes the under eye area look tired.

Polynucleotides work differently to filler. Rather than adding volume, they stimulate the skin’s own regeneration process, helping to improve hydration, elasticity and overall skin quality.

Because this process happens gradually, treatments are performed as a course of sessions to allow the skin to progressively strengthen and repair.

Balancing, not overfilling 💉✨

This beautiful result was achieved using **1ml of lip filler** to gently balance naturally uneven lips, creating better symmetry while still keeping everything soft and natural.

We also used **1ml strategically placed between the periform fossa and nasolabial folds** to support the mid–lower face. This helps to soften deeper lines, restore subtle structure, and create a smoother transition from the nose to the mouth area.

The result? A fresher, more balanced appearance without looking “done”.

Before ➡️ Dissolve ➡️ Refill 💉✨

This before photo shows a build-up of old filler that had gradually migrated beyond the natural lip border. Over time, filler can shift, especially when layers are repeatedly added without fully breaking down previous product. This can create heaviness, blurred edges and that “overfilled” look.

In this case, we chose to dissolve first to completely reset the lips. Removing the migrated filler allows us to restore natural anatomy and start again with a clean foundation.

After dissolving, a waiting period is essential. The lips need time to settle, heal and allow the tissue to recover before refilling. Rushing this stage can compromise results — patience is key to achieving a soft, balanced outcome.

Once healed, we carefully refilled to restore shape and structure without overbuilding. The result? Defined, fresh, natural-looking lips 👄
