End 2025 in the Best Frame of Mind! 💫
Let’s close the year feeling lighter, calmer and more grounded - and step into the festive season with a little more joy, clarity and peace of mind.

This year, especially this past few weeks, has been… a lot.
So before we get swept up in the busyness of December, let’s take a moment to slow down, breathe, and gently lift our mindset together.

Over 12 days, we’ll gently use 3 simple but powerful practices from the Attitude of Gratitude Journal:

1️⃣ Count your blessings — notice the good stuff
2️⃣ Greet each day with love — soften your mornings
3️⃣ Spread kindness — compliments, gestures, messages, presence

You can do each practice just for yourself…
OR share it with our community and inspire someone else.

🌟 FITNESS FRIDAY – SOBEY FITNESS STYLE! 🌟

What. A. Morning. 🙌

We were online AND in the Lodge, doing what we do best:
💪 Lifting weights
🧘‍♀️ Stretching it out with Yogalates
🏋️‍♂️ Smashing a Small Group Urban Gym session
…and most importantly, showing up with good energy, good people and belly laughs.

And today’s top moment?
Zoe casually turning up with a bottle of bleach in her gym bag. 😂🧼
Absolute gold.

So we rolled with it…

✨ Cleaned up our energy
✨ And with Zoe’s help, cleaned up our reputation… well, almost 🤣
