Phys groups ethos is to provide fun, social, interactive and effective outdoor fitness suitable for all abilities. There are a variety of classes suitable for everyone:

Physwalk is a low level outdoor fitness class ideal for people who are new to exercise, are carrying small injuries or trying to regain fitness following injury or illness. Physbootcamp is slightly more robust fun, social, effective outdoor military fitness class but still suitable for all abilities. I Love Phys is a 6 week new year to valentines day health & fitness challenge/transformational package. Physwalk/Physbootcamp combined session 6.30-7.30pm
Tue+Thur - The Point, Teignmouth. Physwalk/Physbootcamp combined session 6.30-7.30pm
Saturdays - The Point, Teignmouth. Physbootcamp 8am - 9am

As a leader self awareness is crucial. It is important to know thy self and what your strengths and weaknesses are. This is where ones humility is key to becoming the best leader, manager or professional.

Joharis Window and SWOT analysis are really simple and great coaching tools that you can use.

Don’t be afraid to empower others to lead with things that align with their strengths and make up for your weaknesses. This sounds obvious and very much common sense. However, common sense does not always equal common practice.

The Global Pandemic has taken its toll on employee health and well-being. Since the start of lock down it was reported employee stress has increased by 24% and musculoskeletal conditions such has shoulder, neck and back pain has increased significantly as we have become less active and more sedentary.

Moving forward into the post CV19 era then leaders and teams will need to develop their IQ accross the 4 dimensions of human intelligence if they are to stay ahead of the competition. Health, resilience and wellbeing is now a must for staying ahead in the new era and hybrid ways of working.

Physical IQ is developed through optimising sleep, nutrition and regular movement or exercise. This will ensure good energy management, which is important for getting stuff done.

Mental IQ is developed through focus and maintaining an optimal state of mind. This is important for influencing productivity and creativity. This will help prevent the feelings of overwhelm commonly faced by busy leaders and professionals.

Emotional IQ is developed through developing excellent self awareness. Studies have shown EQ is a more important peak performance trait than IQ. Being able to regulate emotional states will ensure energy in motion and fulfilment.

Spiritual IQ is developed through intuition and conscience. This is important for dealing with uncertainty or the inevitable set backs that we all face.

So with the Launch of my new Performance Coaching and fitness App then I am looking at potentially running a FREE Online 14 day health, fitness and performance challenge to celebrate my new venture.

The problem is we are all very busy and increasingly stressed with the demands of modern life. We may lack focus, energy and motivation and are perhaps worried that our current lifestyle is going to shorten our lifespan.

The busy person needs a solution that is convenient, adaptable and can fit in with their mega busy life. My free 14 Day Online challenge aims to do just that.
